CRC PCSE Chairholder Dr. Bernardo M. Villegas will give a talk entitled “Beyond the Crisis: Opportunities for Social Enterprises”, while Philippine Cooperative Center Chairperson Dr. Garibaldi Leonardo will present a talk called “The Co-op Movement, Leading the Way for Social Enterprise in the Philippines.”
