Are you and your organization ready to “tech up” to the new normal? If the last few months, we – whether individuals or industries – have had to adjust to work from home setups, video meeting glitches, new client software, and all sorts of other new challenges. And as the business world struggles to adapt, “People Technologies” have come to the fore of the conversation.

To get some perspective on “People Tech,” its impact in the new normal, changes in career outlooks resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, and the essential skills one needs in order to tech up in today’s workplace, the Center for Research and Communication (CRC), working with UA&P’s Department of Information Science and Technology (IST), invited Union Bank of the Philippines EVP and Chief Human Resource Officer Michelle E. Rubio to a webinar last June 10, 2020.

Capped by a Lively Q&A session, the webinar is the latest in a series of joint events between the CRC and the IST, using various online platform for sharing insights relevant to life and business in these times of sudden change.

And of course, we’re giving you full access to the video of the event below, so that you can listen in again and take more detailed notes covering Ms. Rubio’s insights.
