The Changing Face of Environment, Energy and the Universe publication by Dr. Theta C. Ponce of the School of Sciences and Engineering in UA&P is a teacher’s reference material that contains the proceedings of two successive seminar-workshop series held nationwide in eight different venues during the summers of 2011 and 2012 on Environment, Climate Change and Astrophysics.n The project was a proactive approach to saving the Earth’s climate through information dissemination that would produce climate smart citizens and schools and to supplement the scientific training of secondary school educators. More than 600 public highschool science teachers from all over the Philippines participated in the two runs of the seminar-workshops. This Teachers’ Reference Material can be used to aid the teaching of the K to 12 Curriculum for Science.
