The Center for Research and Communication will hold the OFW Conference: A Second Look at the Overseas Employment Program on March 30 (Friday) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at PLDT Hall. The conference will bring together key stakeholders who are genuinely concerned with the improvement of the state of overseas employment, particularly the workers welfare and protection. Through this conference, we hope to be able to address the question, “Where are we now? Where are we going from here?”
