The Center for Research and Communication Foundation, Inc. (CRCFI) is honored to announce its partnership with the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) in conducting a comprehensive organizational assessment and the formulation of a 10-year Strategic Roadmap (2026–2036) for the agency.
This collaboration was formalized through a contract signing ceremony held on June 2, 2025, at the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) in Pasig City. Over the course of six months, CRCFI will undertake a thorough review of CFO’s programs, organizational structure, and operational effectiveness to support the agency’s mission of serving the Filipino diaspora.
The study aims to provide an in-depth analysis of CFO’s current performance and capacity, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic recommendations that will guide the agency’s direction for the next decade. This initiative reflects CRCFI’s commitment to advancing evidence-based policy and institutional development in collaboration with key government partners.
Through this engagement, CRCFI looks forward to contributing to the strengthening of CFO’s mandate and ensuring the continued relevance and responsiveness of its programs to the evolving needs of overseas Filipinos and their families.
